Come visit us on our open day – on Thursday – tomorrow!

Remember we have a date for tomorrow?

Our Pesach open day will take place on Thursday, April 17th, between 13:00-18:00, and we’d love to see you!

We will be celebrating at our usual grove, by the field inside the Moshav. Please take a look at the updated driving instructions on our website under “Contact Us.”

We will have two tours of the larger field, outside the moshav (10 minutes by foot), as well as two tours of the field next to the grove.

The tours time line is as follow:

13:30 – a tour of the field next to the grove 14:30 – a tour of the large field outside the moshav, directions on our website under “Contact Us.” 15:30 – a tour of the field next to the grove 16:30 – a tour of the large field outside the moshav, directions on our website under “Contact Us.”

The tours next to the grove, guided by Bat-Ami, would be more kids oriented, with some picking, riddles and stories. Alon will lead the tours outside which would be more for adults, on the professional side.

This year the celebration is a birthday party for us – 10 years ago, several days before Pesach, we had our first harvest day – a great reason to celebrate! To honor this birthday – we’ll be cooking with Chubeza greens (mallow) and other wild herbs – we’ll make patties, fill them up, Chubeza matzah brei, salads etc…

At the art corner we will paint with flower petals, and make mini shadow theaters, perfect for the spring sun rays. We’ll also have planting activity, and veggies to nibble on (all Kosher for Pesach), and a produce stand (some calendars too).

The Hazel Hill String Band is coming too, as always, to make the party beautiful and happy. They’ll play between 13:00-15:00

After this visit, you’re invited to continue some 15 minutes drive south to the charming dairy at Meshek 42 in Tal Shahar – to meet Puah and Oded, the goats and all other farm members. An invitation and driving direction (Hebrew) is attached

See you tomorrow!
