To everything there is a season, and a time for every vegetable under the sky…
We believe in seasonal produce. Most of our vegetables are grown in open fields, greatly influenced by weather and the changing seasons. The vegetables in our basket vary and change according to the seasonal availability of the Ayalon Valley. So, at the end of each summer, we say goodbye to summer vegetables and gladly welcome the winter vegetables, which we’ve missed since spring, knowing that next summer, we’ll say farewell to them again, making way for summer vegetables.

We grow a wide variety of vegetables and always try to include new surprises in the baskets. Still, to set expectations, here is a list of our crops by their harvest season.
