In a wide field in the Ayalon Valley, we cultivate a mixed vegetable garden with about 100 different types of unique and high-quality vegetables and herbs, all grown organically without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

We cordially invite you to take part in a From Field to Table Workshop, a culinary journey in nature. Come pick, taste, and discover the magic of combining soil, agriculture, and incomparable food in the heart of Chubeza’s fields.
Enjoy these great experiences:
We will lead the tour, and the workshop will be guided by Yakir and Aviel of Farm To Table Israel, an initiative connecting people, land, and local producers via culinary experiences, local agriculture, and sustainability values.
Friday | 30.10.26 | 10:00–13:00 | Ages 18+ | No prior experience needed!

Autumn is here, and the variety of organic fruit is shifting to winter produce: pomegranates, apples, pears, bananas, avocados, and an abundance of citrus fruits.
Winter fruit prices are significantly lower than summer prices, allowing us to pack a full fruit box for you at a lower cost.
Therefore, the price for fruit boxes will now be a flat rate of 70 NIS, with no distinction between large and small boxes; at the same time, we will be able to prepare generously filled boxes.
The list is updated on the delivery day, once we’re done packing.

To everything, there is a season, and a time for every vegetable under the sky…
We believe in seasonal produce, grow various types of vegetables, and always strive to send new surprises in the boxes. Most of our vegetables are grown in an open field, which is greatly influenced by the weather and the seasons. The vegetables in the basket vary and change according to the seasonal availability in the Ayalon Valley. Thus, at the end of the summer, we say goodbye to the summer vegetables and warmly welcome the winter vegetables, which we have missed since spring. We know that the farewell is temporary, as we will meet them again in the summer.
In the Ayalon Valley, we cultivate a mixed vegetable garden with about 100 different types of unique and high-quality vegetables and herbs, all grown organically without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
Driven by a desire to renew the connection between people, agriculture, and nature, and to enable the flourishing of small, environmentally friendly agriculture, we chose “Community Supported Agriculture.” We invite you to join the Chubeza community—you “subscribe” to a weekly box of produce from our organic field and receive, every week, a box filled with fresh, tasty, and healthy produce straight from the field, varying with the seasons.
