DELECTABLE WINTER TREASURES

Now that the holidays are over, it’s time to thank all who came to Chubeza’s Open Day during Sukkot!

We were delighted to host you, greet familiar and brand-new faces, chat, snack, play, create, tour, and smile together.

  • And, it’s now our very pleasant duty to thank those involved in making last Monday’s Open Day such a wonderful success:

    • Huge thanks to our wonderful staff for their hard work and great devotion in laying the groundwork to prepare for an amazing Open Day: setting up the pavilion, leveling the ground, building a sukkah, preparing cold water, harvesting vegetables, constructing the sukkah, and much, much more.
    • Thank you to Einat for organizing and heading the Open Day Vegetable Sale with warmth, enthusiasm, dedication, and kindness.
    • Thanks to Chubeza’s next generation – Gefen, Talia, Emanuel, Sarah, Noga, and Noga – who helped organize and direct the amazing Creative Corner, sliced the vegetable refreshments, operated the pita-making process from dough to Saj, and lent a hand in every task at hand.
    • A great thanks to our Significant Others, Yisrael and Maya, who led the “young workers team” and navigated the day while balancing tasks as single parents...
    • And of course, thanks to Gabi for his tireless help with everything, his careful preparations, his always-good advice, and for driving the Tractor Tours safely and responsibly, nearly nonstop throughout the day.

Our great thanks to all of you for coming, for bringing us joy, and for sharing in our happiness. Thank you for walking this journey at our side – sometimes over many long years.

May we be blessed with a better year than the one we've now bid farewell to, a year that will bring a speedy end to the war, the return of all the hostages to their homes, healing for all those in need –   and for us as a nation.

And now, back to blessed routine!

Best wishes from all of us at Chubeza
