Organic pomegranate juice
Organic grape Juice

Distinctive, Delicious Organic Juices
We’re delighted to welcome the remarkable organic grape juice from Kibbutz Sde Eliyahu in the Beit She’an Valley, joining our organic pomegranate juice from nearby Kibbutz Merav in the Gilboa. These new juices take their places in Chubeza’s great assortment of grapefruit, plum, and pomegranate juices from Kibbutz Neot Smadar in the southern Arava, and apple and pear juices made by “HaMetasessa” in Yad HaShmona in the Jerusalem Hills—from surplus fruit that would otherwise go to waste. HaMetasessa also makes alcoholic ciders from this surplus.

Also in the drinks category, don’t miss wonderful “Shalvati” herbal teas and “Tea People” concentrated tea extracts. You’ll find them all in the Chubeza Ordering System. Cheers!

Lion’s Mane Mushroom

Lion’s Mane Mushroom
“Udi’s Sprouts” from Moshav Achituv were among Chubeza’s earliest partners. Over the years, they’ve expanded their sprout varieties: broccoli, alfalfa, radish, leek, kale, mustard, fenugreek, pea, sunflower, mung bean, chickpea, lentil, wheatgrass, and more.

They’ve also begun growing mushrooms: eryngii, shiitake, forest, champignon, portobello—and the newest addition: Lion’s Mane! This large, white, shaggy mushroom (which really resembles a lion’s mane) is praised for its meaty texture and rich flavor, plus its potential benefits for energy, focus, and memory.

Find the full exciting selection under “Udi’s Sprouts” in the Chubeza Ordering System.

At Last—The Long-Awaited Favorite: Kadita Tofu!
After years of anticipation, Kadita Tofu now joins the Chubeza lineup! Originally made at home in Kadita village in the Galilee, it’s now produced in a small, family-run workshop in neighboring Kibbutz Parod.

Made with love using traditional Japanese methods from organic, non-GMO soybeans, Kadita Tofu is known for its perfect texture—not too soft, not too firm. If you know it, you’re probably cheering right now. If you don’t—time to get acquainted!

Watch this short video starring the tofu-making process at Kadita’s small factory in Kibbutz Parod. Add it to your Chubeza box today via our ordering system!

Why It Matters
Chubeza is committed to fostering direct connections between our consumers and producers—giving you a broad, direct understanding of how products are made, and offering a distinctive range of natural, unprocessed foods free of preservatives or artificial coloring. This adds up to a healthier alternative for consumers, producers, and the environment.

Chubeza’s direct relationship also supports the growth of small, independent, local producers. In these turbulent times, the importance of locality and direct connection is all the greater.

May this week bring peaceful times and the return of all fallen hostages to their homeland.
