We see great importance in creating a direct connection between consumers and producers to deepen the understanding of how different products are made and to offer a variety of natural, unprocessed food products. Such direct encounters also support the growth of small, independent, and local producers, providing a healthier alternative for all of us.

As a result, we collaborate with several local producers to allow the addition of products from their hard work to your vegetable baskets. Through our ordering system, you can add a variety of fruits, sprouts, mushrooms, olive oil and olives, bread and pastries (including gluten-free), nuts, dates, blueberries, raspberries, quinoa, chickpeas, honey, juices, spreads, cider, herbal teas, and more to your boxes.

Ishlechem Bakery – Sourdough Breads

Eyal Tamir, a veteran baker and a neighbor from Moshav Taoz bakes a variety of wonderful sourdough breads and rolls. His principles are: quality and professionalism – from the raw materials through the baking process to the sales, simplicity and naturalness – baking without artificial ingredients, enhancers, leavening agents, color additives, etc., and modesty and honesty – high-quality, healthy and delicious bread with no bells & whistles.

Wonder Bread – Gluten-free Leavened Bread

Shirly of Moshav Hogla bakes phenomenal bread made of only gluten-free whole grains, sprouted legumes and flax, stone-ground and kneaded to rise by traditional methods. Her loyalty to traditional, old-fashioned breadmaking creates tasty, nutritious vegan bread, rich in whole protein and fiber, with a low glycemic index.

Udi’s Sprouts – Organic Sprouts, Mushrooms & Tumeric

Udi Gross and his team grow organic, tasty and healthy sprouts in Moshav Ahitov. The sprouts are grown from organic seeds on a layer of shredded coconut and compost, without spraying, by hand, with attention and love. The sprouts are joined by delicious organic mushrooms and organic tumeric.

Minhat Ha’Aretz – Organic Flours

In a small flour mill in Hadera, Assaf and Aric grind whole kernel flour with a millstone. From the moment of grinding, the flour is kept refrigerated to prevent the development of insects. The selection is rich and varied – from wheat (locally grown), spelled and rye to unique flours.

Ein Harod Farm & Apiary – Organic Almonds, Chickpeas & olive oil, Natural Honey

Kibutz Ein Harod farm grow organic olives, chickpeas, quinoa and almonds, continuing the path of the Jezreel Valley pioneers from the last century. Organic farming is important to themשךדם to preserve their valley and the health of its residents. The Ein Harod apiary produces pure honey without added sugar or preservatives For more than 80 years.

Beit Aba Honey – Pure Natural Honey

Tamir, a scion of Ethiopian beekeepers, devotedly and lovingly cultivates his beehives near Moshav Sha’al in the Southern Golan Heights to produce natural, high-quality honey. No added sugar, no heating, and the minimum of artificial intervention possible.

Al Yasmeen – Tahini, Halva, & Other Surprises

In Abu Ghosh, chef Kamel Hashlamon hand-grinds choice Ethiopian sesame on traditional millstones to prepare tehina: white, whole, red and black-sesame tehina. From the Tehina, he also make sweet halva.In addition, he offers “Dibas” grape honey and pomegranate syrup, both made from 100% fruit, and Jameed – yogurt “stone” hard cheese.

Hamitsasa – Juices, Hard Cider, and Natural Apple Cider Vinegar

At Hamatsesa in Moshav Givat Ye’arim, excess local summer fruits are squeezed to produce juices, alcoholic cider and apple cider vinegar. All products consist of 100% fruit, free of preservatives.

Kaima Farm – Organically Grown Blueberries

Havat Kaima, located in the valley between Beit Zeit and Ein Kerem, was established with the vision to create a unique work environment for teenagers, who found the courage to seek a different reality.The farm grows vegetables, and the youth are integrated as full-fledged employees in a multi-age team. The plants are not sprayed at all, and receive only organic fertilization, a unique feature in the local market.

Helkat HaSade – Raspberries & Blackberries

In a small plot of land in Tekoa, Tamir grows superb raspberries and blackberries, painting the landscape in red and purple hues. Raspberries and blackberries require acidic soil, thus they are grown in large containers on a detached bed. The yummy berries are (non-organically) fertilized with no spraying whatsoever.

Meshek Elazar- Organic Dates

A family farm from Moshav Paran. Anat and Shalom Golomb are veteran growers of organic dates, and they were joined by their daughter Aya and their son in law, Elazar. The dates of Mashek Elazar are unique in their taste and juiciness, because they pick the dates about a week before they are fully dried, and the fruit still has softness and sweetness with a texture that is between fresh fruit and dry fruit.

Kubutz Samar – Organic Dates & Silan

Kibbutz Samar in the far south of the country grows spectacular dates: large, juicy majhul; barhi – “date toffee” – soft and very sweet & dekel nur – mild-tasting for cooking & baking. All these varieties are used in preparing Samar’s excellent silan.

Desert Farmers – Silan, Juices & Olives

Kibbutz Neot Semadar in the Southern Negev Desert is home to a large, varied organic farm producing such fine-quality products as excellent organic silan, wonderful olives & tapenade and fruit juices

Ish Shel Lehem Bakery – Crackers

In his bakery in Holon, Ido Blaustein bakes crackers that are rich in flavor and have high nutritional values. All without food coloring, margarine, butter or any other industrial substance. There are also options for those who avoid gluten.

Shorshei Zion – Vegan & Raw Crackers, Granola, Chocolate, Nuts & Nut Spreads

Eliezer and Roz Tzion of “Shoreshei Tzion” prepare distinctive vegan foods in their boutique factory in Beit Shemesh, including granola, crackers, cookies, sprouted nuts, nut spreads & chocolate. Each delicious product is made from “live” raw materials, in keeping with their belief that we have the power to heal ourselves by the food that we eat.

David Ross creates tea infusions from plants that can be found naturally in Israel, each mixture was developed with inspiration from different natural areas in the country: the Aravah and the Galilee, Jerusalem and the Valley of Elah, Ein Gedi and the Carmel. The mixes, are all gluten-free and caffeine-free.

AgroCafe – Organic Fair Trade Coffee

AgroCafé is an Israeli company that helps family coffee farms around the world deal with the challenges of global warming by providing professional guidance to farmers that improves the yield of the plantation, both in terms of quantity and quality. The business partnership they have created with the family coffee farms is based on fair trade that allows the farmer and his workers a respectable and dignified livelihood. They offer several organic coffee varieties, suitable to the different coffee preparation.

Komash Ayurveda – Ayurvedic Food Products

Merav and Eran Komash are practitioners of Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine. In addition to treatment, they make formulas, oils, food products and natural soaps, and once a week they cook Indian food for people in their neighborhood. With us, Merav and Eran offer ghee, chili oil and curry leaf oil.
